Hospital Indemnity Insurance.
Hospital Indemnity Insurance through MetLife helps to alleviate some of the financial burden of a hospital stay beyond what your medical coverage provides. If you require hospitalization, the plan pays you a lump-sum cash amount to help cover expenses like your deductible or other out-of-pocket costs that come up while you’re recovering.
